Taught by Wayne Enright, RegOT, CWCE (original founder of OrionHealth, which has 7 clinics in Western Canada) this series of 5 one-hour sessions will teach students the basics of personal injury litigation and will help them understand a maze of legal processes. The course will also prepare students to give expert evidence, what are common challenges and solutions. Students will have an opportunity to participate in practical on-line role play to build their experience and skills and to receive feedback in a non-threatening environment.

About the Instructor:
Wayne works out of the OrionHealth Progressive Rehab office in Burnaby, British Columbia. Wayne is the Senior Consultant Occupational Therapist and his primary areas of clinical practice are Medical Legal Functional Capacity and Cost of Care Evaluations. He has testified as an expert witness in the Supreme Court of B.C. on numerous occasions since 1990. Wayne has co-authored a number of scientific research studies pertaining to Functional Capacity testing and has been teaching for Matheson since 1995. Wayne also teaches the following Matheson course: Functional Capacity Evaluation Certification Program
